Always a pleasure working with Jennifer
We have worked with Jennifer for many years. We go to at least one vacation every year and usually to Mexico. Working with Jennifer is always and I mean always a breeze. She takes care of everything from the flights to the hotel you want to the trip insurance even to the transfers to your hotel and back. I cannot say ENOUGH of how thorough and kind Jennifer is.
She listens to all of your wants and needs and gets you the best deals that she can. It is extremely important to us that we book with Jennifer and Higgins as we ALWAYS know our trip will go as planned and we do not have to worry about anything other than rest, relaxation, and fun!

My fly fishing trip to Colorado
Jennifer did a FIRST CLASS job in obtaining filights for me to have a fantistic fly fishing trip to Colorado in & on the dates that worked out for me and my buddy/host in Colorado.
I would with out a doubt, and without hesitation, recomend Jennifer to handle any of my furture travel plans in the future!

Jennifer has been our agent for over 18 years. She is the BEST!
She is efficient, diligent, accommodating of our needs and wishes. We have done family vacations yearly some have included extended members of the family from various locations. All have been happy with the trips taken.
Our son has received assistance with passports and having monies to spend upon arrival in Europe which helped his whole group when others weren't prepared. She always has special tips that make the experience memoriable.
We used to work with her at the BRF office but the past several years have worked via email, internet and phone....works well!

the best trip like a dream
From the start of our vacation plans 7 months ago till we went on vacation 2/8/17 Jennifer has been tops. She listened to our wishes and went the extra mile to meet our needs to have a very special time at a great price. I have
worked with Jennifer for several years and never have been dissatisfied. Last year we had a vacation planned and I had a medical emergency, she helped me reschedule as well was very helpful filling out insurance claim.
