An outstanding travel agent
I was introduced to Joan thru a friend when we used her services to book a trip to Egypt. Her services were outstanding and so my husband and I have continued to call on her for all of our subsequent vacations. We live 250 miles from our office but have found it very efficient to communicate by email or telephone. We have always found her to be very knowledgeable and helpful, making great recommendations. We will continue to have her as our travel agent.

Fantastic trip and well organized itinerary
This is the 3rd trip we have had the pleasure of working with Joan (Italy, France and Scotland/Ireland). Joan was very responsive to the few questions we had since we were unable to attend the informational session. Always great to work with Joan. She is like family.
