For most people, when you picture your dream vacation there are three things:

1. Sunshine

2. Exquisite waters

3. Scrumptious food and beverages

Maybe that’s just me, actually. But something about that combination does s...

For those of us with food allergies, one of the most anxious aspects of traveling is not knowing if you will be able to find anything to eat while in a new destination. It can also be one of the most isolating things. The rest of the group gets to eat those fresh cinnamon rolls, try that unique cheese, or enjoy those fruity drinks. You sometimes get those eye rolls from staff when you ask if they have anything to accommodate you. And, for some people, it can be a reason they choose not to travel.

My Story…

In November of 2021, I started to have intense pain in my abdomen. Nothing would ease the discomfort and I went to multiple providers to try to ascertain a reason. They all said it was probably due to stress and the current events in my life lead me to believe they were right. I let this continue for about two months when I finally decided I couldn’t take it anymore. I remember thinking, “If this is what stress does to me, I HAVE to find a way to cope so I can actually live.”. I had a 1-year-old at the time and could barely keep up with the demands of being a mom and working a full time job.

Around that time, I heard about a nutritional/muscle testing facility in our area. I was very skeptical because when you google “nutritional muscle testing” some crazy things come up. But I was fed up with how my body was feeling and decided to give it a try. It was through this testing that I found out I had an allergy to gluten. I didn’t believe it at first. Mostly because “gluten” was my favorite food.

Eventually, I learned and adapted to life without gluten and have been able to establish different methods to traveling with a food allergy.

I have traveled to all-inclusive resorts, sailed on cruise ships, journeyed through airports, and explored many destinations since my diagnosis and can help you navigate this avenue as you look at booking an unforgettable vacation.

Our Reverse Immigration Trip to Oslo, Norway
Sabrina was a wealth of knowledge while assisting me to plan our trip to Oslo, Norway. Throughout the months of planning, she informed me of things I should know about international travel, and I shared my passion for genealogy, which was the purpose of our trip. I now have the travel bug, and I hope she has the genealogy bug.

This was my husband and my first trip to Europe, and during the trip acknowledged how important it was to have a travel agent assist with the planning from the beginning.

We will be traveling again very soon, and will be back to Sabrina for her expertise.

A Travel Agent you Want to Travel With!
I recently worked with Sabrina planning a family trip to Norway. We spent many hours on the phone and by email working out the details for our large family group. She is delightful, responsive, experienced, and funny. The best combination a travel agent can have. I wish she could go to Norway with us!

Great trip to Beautiful Oahu and Big Island
Sabrina is so helpful! The idea of planning a big trip when you don't have time to look into every island, available hotel, or flight is daunting. Sabrina narrows it down and makes it simple. We had an amazing trip that was very well coordinated! We took our 2 kids, and they loved it.
